White Ruffle Tunic
White gets embellished with lurex and ruffles in our new blouse! Softly textured V-neck blouse has a collar that is framed with ruffles that flow from collar to hem. Hem is slightly higher in the front and shaped. Relaxed sleeves have a bell shaped cuff. Blouse has button front closures in front and lace up detail in back for shape. From Ashley Stewart
